Log into your dashboard, click "New Ticket," fill in the details including location, priority, and description. You can attach photos and assign it to a vendor or post to the marketplace.

How do I invite team members to my organization?

Go to Settings > Team Members, click "Invite User," enter their email and select their role (Admin, Manager, or Technician). They'll receive an email invitation to join.

Mobile App Support

How do I sync the mobile app with the web platform?

Download the TaskScout app from the App Store or Google Play, log in with your web account credentials. Data syncs automatically in real-time across all devices.

Can technicians work offline on the mobile app?

Yes, technicians can view assigned tickets, take photos, and fill out work orders offline. Changes sync automatically when internet connection is restored.

Billing & Payments

How does the marketplace bidding system work?

Post your maintenance request to the marketplace, receive bids from qualified vendors, review their profiles and ratings, then accept the best offer. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and digital wallets through our Stripe integration. Subscriptions are billed automatically to your chosen payment method.
